Kim Kardashian just gave birth six weeks ago to baby Saint West, but that is not stopping her from already sharing her weight loss goals via social media.
It looks like she is planning to go with the Atkins diet route to reach her desired curvy figure.
She posts, “Teaming up w/ @AtkinsInsider because it works for me! So much variety on #Atkins40 and Harvest Trail Bars = YUM” Kim has some pretty huge number in mind, “I’m so excited! I’m 30 lbs down today but 40 to go! I’m so focused. I will show u guys my workouts on my app & share my Atkins plan too!”
She confessed further, “I gained 60lbs during my pregnancy but have been an extra 10 lbs up for the last few years so it’s time to really get to my goal.”
Kim is extremely excited and apparently very ready for this challenge as she continued to Tweet, “This is going to be soooo f*****g hard but I can do it and I can’t wait to share it all with you! #BeastMode #WhosWithMe ?!?!?!”
Though it seems as though Kim is super ecstatic regarding her fitness plans, her claims have gotten many people thinking that her husband, Kanye West, may be the reason behind the dramatic weight loss plan.
If so, Kanye should understand that it does take the ‘average’ new mom a couple of months to get their pre-baby body back. And it tends to get harder with each pregnancy.
Whether it was Kim’s plan or Kanye’s idea, America should applaud Kim for wanting to take on a healthy lifestyle no matter how long it takes to get back into shape.
Maybe fans could then look forward to a Kardashian fitness DVD, a fitness clothing line, or an official diet regimen? Sounds like a great way for the Kardashian Klan to continue showing off their… assets.
