Ariana Grande wants to reassure fans that she never badmouthed them when she was recently “overheard” saying she wishes they’d ‘f*cking die’.
The singer, who has enjoyed several successful moment this year, covers the latest issue of ‘inStyle’, and when asked on the recent tabloid report claiming Ariana didn’t care for her fans, Grande decided to respond in a rather funny way.
“That one had me laughing hysterically,” she tells the mag.
“Because anyone who knows me or has done any homework at all knows that I would literally give a limb for my fans.”
With so many rumours circulating the internet when it comes to Ariana — mainly those diva rumours — Grande says she’s learned to ignore comments she knows are completely false.
She continues to tell ‘inStyle’ that her newfound fame has its ups and downs, that’s for sure.
“Some things are easier now, and others are harder.”
“I never expected to be in a position where so many people are invested in every little thing I say and do. Part of me wants to say, ‘Oh my god, that’s so not me! Please don’t believe that!’”
Ariana is very much known to respond to rumours all the time on Twitter.
Perhaps she just needs to stop checking the tabloids whenever she’s on the cover of one… especially when she already knows whatever she reads will be fabricated nonsense.
The former Nickelodeon starlet continues to talk about her not-so-secret relationship to Big Sean.
The couple had been seen out and about ever since holding hands at the VMAs earlier this year. However, neither of the two have confirmed their romance, though their PDA game is pretty high — having seen the two at several high-profile events since their first public outing in August.
She says: “I have conflicting feelings about it. On the one hand, I feel like I’m growing up and realize my life is my life and some things don’t need to be shared.”
“But I’m very spur-of-the-moment, very open with my fans. And if there’s a cute pic I like that’s a little personal and I want to share it, maybe I will.”
