Iggy Azalea Takes A Tumble, Falls Off Stage During Concert Performance

iggy azalea falls stage

Fancy rapper and big booty artist, Iggy Azalea, stumbled off stage during her performance at the MTV Video Music Awards benefit concert.

Numerous videos capture Azalea rapping and performing her hit single Fancy to the upbeat crowd in Los Angeles Friday night.

Unfortunately for the Australian rapper, the fun night turned scary after things took a turn for the worst. During one of Iggy’s verses, the 24-year-old is seen missing a step and disappearing off The Avalon stage.

Within the video, viewers can hear fans gasping and appearing very worried for the artist. Security guards quickly rush to the scene, helping Iggy up and pulling her back on stage.

In no time Azalea jumps right back into the song, “barely miss[ing] a beat” as People magazine stated, and joining Charli XCX to finish off the top chart hit.

Thankfully the beautiful artist was ok and later addressed to the crowd that she “felt very blessed” to have not broken her legs.

Like many, Iggy laughed off the whole ordeal, even posting the video up on Instagram for those who didn’t see the blunder.

“Sorry but it would be a crime not to share this with you all, I know I laughed,” she wrote. “#StillFinishedtheSongTho #KeptOnRapping #TheShowMustGoOn.”

Glad to know that the Aussie star has a funny bone.

According to US Magazine, Azalea is nominated for seven awards at the MTV Video Music Awards and is set to perform August 24 with Rita Ora.

Both starlets will be preforming their single Black Widow for the first time live.

Hopefully Iggy will resist from falling off stage at Sunday’s VMAs.
